Bug Fix Request During Checkout

During checkout I select the option to "Pay By Credit Amount" I believe i get directed to the Order Confirmation Page (I don't want to process order again) however the cart retains all the items, i don't get an email confirmation and the order doesn't appear in "My Order" list, Resolute Sales Team does get the order.
